Shipping policy

We deliver across the UK we using couriers to deliver your orders safely and quickly.

We use Yodel as our preferred courier of choice and aim to deliver most UK orders within 3 days.

Upon receiving your order we aim to despatch within 48 hrs and place with our courier on a next day service, which has been to known to be quicker than that more than 80% of the time. We only delivery during the working week however individual carriers have are known to deliver our parcels on the weekend.

Free Shipping (UK Orders)

We offer free standard shipping on UK orders over £50 (exclusions apply).

Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

  • Standard Shipping (UK Mainland): 1-2 business days
  • International Shipping: Delivery times and shipping costs vary by location (calculated at checkout)

Note: Dispatch time refers to how quickly we process and hand over your order to the courier, while delivery time depends on the courier service and your location.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally; however, shipping fees will apply and are calculated at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

  • The receiving country may apply its own local VAT at the border, which is the responsibility of the customer to pay in order to complete the delivery.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
