Heated Throws
Keeping You Cosy Since 1846 — Nobody Does It Better
Heated throws by Deyongs
Our heated throws turn a cold sofa into the cosiest seat in the house. Each one pairs a soft printed fleece with a thick sherpa reverse and a heating element you control, so you get the comfort of a blanket with warmth whenever you want it.
What is a heated throw?
A heated throw is a soft blanket with fine heating wires running through it. Plug it in, choose a heat level on the controller and it warms you directly, rather than heating the whole room. Every Deyongs heated throw has ten heat settings, a rapid warm up and an automatic safety shut off, and is machine washable once the controller is detached.
Electric heated throw or heated blanket?
Electric heated throws are made for the sofa, an armchair or the top of the bed. Ours measure 140x180cm and come with a detachable controller. Heated blankets, often called electric blankets or under blankets, sit on the mattress under the sheet and warm the bed itself. If you want warmth while you read, watch television or work, a heated throw is the one to choose.
Why choose a Deyongs heated throw?
- Designed in Hertfordshire. Every throw is designed by our own team, drawing on knowledge of making textiles that has been passed down through the generations.
- Soft sherpa in country prints. Sterling Stag, Woodland Wildlife, Stag, Fox and Deer, Angus Cow, Mushroom and Hounds, each with a printed fleece face and a sherpa reverse.
- Warmth where you want it. Ten heat settings and a rapid warm up, so you choose how warm and are not left waiting.
- Safety first. Every throw has a built in automatic safety shut off.
- Washable. Detach the controller, machine wash cold and line dry. Do not tumble dry.
How to choose the right heated throw
All our heated throws are the same generous 140x180cm, which suits a two seater sofa, an armchair or a single bed, and all share the same controller and sherpa reverse. So the choice comes down to the design: stags, foxes and deer, woodland wildlife, mushrooms, hounds or a Highland cow.
