If you bought a Deyongs product from another website, such as Debenhams, Amazon or Wayfair, please go back to the website you ordered from and return it through them. We cannot accept or refund returns for orders placed on other websites.

How it works

- Enter your order details to create a free return.
- Choose a free home collection or a drop-off at your nearest point.
- Pack your items (unused, with tags and original packaging) and send them on their way.
Good to know
- Returns are free and accepted within 28 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused and unwashed, with original packaging, tags and insert cards intact.
- For hygiene reasons, opened pillows, filled duvets, mattress protectors and toppers can’t be returned unless faulty.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the warehouse receiving your return.
