How it works

- Enter your order details to create a free return.
- Choose a free home collection or a drop-off at your nearest point.
- Pack your items (unused, with tags and original packaging) and send them on their way.
Good to know
- Returns are free and accepted within 28 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused and unwashed, with original packaging, tags and insert cards intact.
- For hygiene reasons, opened pillows, filled duvets, mattress protectors and toppers can’t be returned unless faulty.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the warehouse receiving your return.
