What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay using PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a quick and secure checkout experience.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We aim to dispatch orders quickly, so there’s a limited window for changes. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, You can just check out as a guest. But creating an account makes it easier to track your orders, save your details, and shop faster next time.
How do I use a discount code or promotional offer?
Just enter your code in the "discount code" box at checkout and click "apply." If it’s valid, you’ll see the discount reflected in your total. More info here

What delivery options do you offer?
We offer standard 1-3 business days delivery across the UK and international delivery. Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout so you can choose the option that suits you best. More info here
How long does delivery take?
Upon receiving your order we aim to despatch within 48 hrs and place with our courier on a next day service, which has been to known to be quicker than that more than 80% of the time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to select international locations. Shipping fees and times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
First, check your tracking link for updates. If it’s been longer than expected, please contact our customer service team — we’ll be happy to help.

What is your return policy?
If you’re not 100% happy, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. You can find our full refund policy here
ow do I return or exchange an item?
Head to our Returns Portal (linked in the footer) to start your return. Follow the instructions and you’ll receive all the info you need to send it back.
How long does it take to process a return or refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 working days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Can I return sale items?
Yes — sale items can be returned just like regular-priced items, unless otherwise stated on the product listing and provided they meet our standard return conditions.

Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Yes — we’re committed to ethical sourcing and responsible production. All our suppliers are required to complete independent audits in line with internationally recognised standards such as SMETA, BSCI, SA 8000, or WRAP. We’ve built long-term partnerships with our manufacturers and work closely with them to uphold fair working conditions.
We also support the Better Cotton initiative to help improve global cotton farming practices. While Better Cotton isn’t physically traceable in the final product, farmers benefit in volumes equal to what we source. We’re continually exploring sustainable fibres and more responsible ways to bring you quality products with care for people and the planet.
How do I care for my towels/bedding/throws?
Care instructions are included on product labels and product pages. If you need further advise our team will be happy to help.
What do the GSM ratings mean for towels?
GSM stands for grams per square meter — the higher the GSM, the thicker and more absorbent the towel. Our towels range from lightweight (400 GSM) to ultra-luxury (700+ GSM).
What sizes do your bedding products come in?
Our bedding comes in standard UK sizes: Single, Double, King, and Super King. Size guides are available on each product page for reference.
What is thread count and why does it matter?
Thread count refers to the number of threads woven into one square inch of fabric, including both horizontal (weft) and vertical (warp) threads. In general, a higher thread count means a softer, smoother, and more durable fabric — but it’s not the only factor that determines quality. The type of cotton, weave, and finish also play a big role. At Deyongs, we focus on both thread count and material quality to give you the best sleep experience.
