We hope you love your Deyongs products. But if you don't for whatever reason our returns process is simple and easy.

For Change of Mind Returns
You have 14 days to return the product from the date that you receive the item.
Returned items must be unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Once we have received the item a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
For Faulty Goods
At Deyongs, we do our best to ensure all our products are tip-top quality, but occasionally there might be a small flaw with one of our items.
We will offer upto 6 months on our products for any manufacturing weaving defect. This does not include damage from a washing machine or tumble dryer, discolouring from washing powders, discolouring from perfumes, makeup, stains from food etc.
If you'd like to return a faulty or defective item, please contact email@example.com or call us on 01442 268057. Please include the full details of the faulty product in your email, with photos if you can (or have them to hand if you're ringing us). We'll arrange for the item to be returned and subsequently inspected by a member of our quality control team.
Deyongs Products that Can't be Returned
For hygiene reasons we are unable to give refunds on our filled products (duvets, pillows & mattress toppers) unless they prove to be faulty or defective. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Postage and shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your Change of Mind product.
When returning an item, please make sure it is sent recorded delivery and you have a receipt with clear tracking.
Once we have received the items a refund will be credited via the original payment method used within 7 working days. Please note the legal requirement for refunds is 30 days, however we endeavour to refund before this time.
What products are non-returnable?
• Any Product(s) returned must be sent to us within 14 days from the date you notify us of your intention to return the Product(s).
• Returned Products should be sent back to us in their original condition, together with the original packaging and all tags.
• All Products are inspected on return.
• Returned Products must be unused and unwashed.
We will not accept returned Products that show any signs of having been worn or washed, including where the Products are stained or otherwise marked or damaged.
If a Product is returned to us that has been used, damaged, or is otherwise in an unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse your refund. Alternatively, we reserve the right to reduce your refund value to reflect any reduction in the value of a Product.
